If you only wish to know about your options then please go to the Services Page and select Service Level 1 – “I would like more help with my specific problem”. You will then be asked to open an account and once you have provided some further information about your specific problem we will assist and guide you through your options. Once you have reviewed your options you can stop at this point or choose whether you wish further assistance or to be referred to a network solicitor.

Once you have been through Service Level 1 – “I would like more help with my specific problem”- and you have considered your options - you can choose to access further assistance which will help you frame your response. If you have arrived via Service Level 1 you can choose to upgrade your service and this will guide you through to Service Level 2. An upgrade fee is payable.
You can also choose from the outset to have assistance in understanding and working through your options AND assistance in framing your response. If you prefer this service then you would go to the Service Page and select the higher level service – “I would like assistance in handling my response”. This service will gather relevant information specific to your problem, guide you through your options then depending how to elect to proceed will assist in framing an appropriate response that you can use. If you choose to access this service from the outset you will benefit from a lower fee than if you arrive via Service Level 1.
We can assist you. We have a network of solicitors across the country, both local and regional, who have agreed to provide services at discounted, fixed rates to clients of 24-7LAW. You can choose to be referred to a solicitor at any time. To be referred please go to the Services Page and choose – “I would like to be referred to a network solicitor” – and you will be asked to open an account, if you do not already have one, provide some further information and then you will be guided through selecting a solicitor of your choice. 24-7LAW will not charge you for the referral but you will have to pay any fees for any services provided by the solicitor direct to the solicitor.
You must first open an account with us. You can appreciate that you are being referred to a network solicitor who has agreed to charge discounted, fixed rates for his/her services. You will be able to see those rates once you have opened an account and before you finally agree to any referral.

You can amend/edit your information as you wish. This will generate a letter of response appropriate for the amended/edited information. Whichever route you follow you will be asked to check and verify the information is correct before the letter of response is finalized and available for printing and/or downloading.
